I'm JM Hedrick, and I started FACE Photography because I believe a great portrait can change how the world sees you — and more importantly, how you see yourself.

My background is editorial. I shoot for magazines. I've photographed chefs, architects, athletes, musicians, and executives for national publications, and that work has taught me one thing above everything else: every person has a version of themselves that the camera can find. My job is to find it.

That's what I bring to every session at FACE — whether you're an actor chasing your next role, a professional updating your LinkedIn, or an executive who needs their image to work as hard as they do.

I'm not a volume studio. I work with a small number of clients at a time, and I take every session seriously. You'll feel that from the moment you walk in.

FACE is based in Pasadena and serves clients across the greater Los Angeles area.
